Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or the wrong item was sent.

Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit Only)

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery as Sashaboo store credit (no refunds).

  • Never expire
  • Can be used on any future order
  • Limit: one change-of-mind return per order
  • We may refuse further returns if the policy is being misused

Removable Tag Policy (Very Important)

The removable Sashaboo tag on TeeBoo™ acts like a hygiene/security seal.

  • TeeBoo™ can only be returned if this tag is still attached and intact
    If the tag is removed, cut, broken, or re-attached, the TeeBoo™ is not returnable for change of mind or size
  • You Can Try It On!
    You're welcome to try on at home over clean clothing with the tag attached to check the fit. Please only remove the tag once you're sure you'll keep it.

  • Gift mailer box (with To/From section)
    If you write on or mark the box, your change-of-mind return is still accepted as store credit only (no refund). Box must be returned in good condition.
  • BooPatch™ Sets
    For change of mind we accept returns as store credit, even if the envelope has been opened. Please include the cotton bag and packaging.
  • Letters & Numbers
    Must be unused and sealed in their ready-to-gift packaging. Once opened, not returnable for change of mind.

  • Items with damaged or missing gift packaging/boxes
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards (non-refundable, no cash-out)
